BUILD. GROW. LIVE
Bringing the elements together.
MAG Byron brings together Tiny Homes, sustainable living, regenerative growing, landscaping, botanical wellness and community in Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers, with one shared vision: to live more consciously, more independently and more in harmony with the natural world.
THE VISION
Living with what nature already provides.
The sun gives us energy.
The sky gives us water.
The earth gives us food.
These natural resources are already part of everyday life for many people across Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers.
MAG Byron builds on that connection by bringing different elements of sustainable living together.
Homes designed with a lighter footprint. Food and medicinal plants grown from the land. Regenerative landscaping. Botanical products created from what is grown.
Each element connects with the next, creating greater freedom, independence and a closer relationship with the land and resources around us.
One vision. Many elements. Naturally connected.
THE PHILOSOPHY
More than a business. A growing community.
At the heart of MAG Byron is the belief that real sustainability extends beyond the homes
we build or the food we grow.
It is also about people.
Sharing knowledge. Supporting one another.
Growing together. Creating communities where people have greater sovereignty over how they live and a deeper connection with the environment around them.
Based in the Byron Bay and Northern Rivers region, MAG Byron is being built around a community-over-business philosophy, bringing together people who share a desire to create a more sustainable future.
MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND MAG
One shared vision.
Naturally connected.
MAG Byron brings together the experience, passions and philosophy of husband-and-wife team Kerstin and John Dimitriou.
Originally from Germany, Kerstin is a massage therapist, beautician, and organic skincare formulator with a deep connection to plants and their natural properties. Her work extends from growing medicinal plants through to creating her own botanical skincare, bringing together her interest in wellness, nature and the relationship between plants and wellbeing.
Alongside her, John brings his experience and passion for building, landscaping and sustainable living, with a strong belief in creating homes and environments that work with nature rather than against it.
Together, their vision for MAG Byron reaches beyond any one product or business. It is about bringing the different elements together: the way we build, the way we grow, the way we care for ourselves and the way we live.

SUSTAINABLE LIVING & COMMUNITY
What if living with less gave you more?
More freedom.
More independence.
More connection.
More choice.
Sustainable living isn’t only about reducing our environmental footprint. It can change the way we experience everyday life.
Harnessing solar energy, collecting water, growing food and reducing the ongoing costs associated with conventional living can create greater independence and a different relationship with both money and the land.
Less pressure. More purpose. More time outside. Greater connection with where our food, water and energy actually come from.
For MAG Byron, sustainable living is ultimately about creating greater sovereignty over the way we live.
A HOME SHOULD BE WITHIN REACH
Creating new possibilities through community.
The vision for MAG Byron extends beyond individual homes.
As housing affordability continues to place pressure on people and families, part of the future vision is to explore how Tiny Homes and available private land could come together to create another pathway.
MAG Byron hopes to connect with local landowners who have suitable land and share a desire to contribute to something meaningful, creating opportunities for safe, comfortable and affordable Tiny Home living for people who need it.
A small piece of available land could become something incredibly significant to somebody else: a place to live, a sense of security and the independence to begin building their life forward.
This is a future initiative and one that MAG Byron hopes to develop in collaboration with landowners, community partners and others who share the vision.
Could your land become part of the solution?
If you’re a Northern Rivers landowner interested in exploring how your property could potentially support this future initiative, we’d love to hear from you.
